As your Doula I provide emotional, physical and educational support during your pregnancy and labor. My purpose is to help you have a safe, memorable and empowering birthing experience. While I cannot provide medical services I can help you gain a better understanding of the procedures and options in your birth. During labor I provide comfort with pain-relief techniques including breathing techniques, light massage, coping techniques, counter pressure and laboring positions. I highly encourage participation from your partner and offer reassurance during the process of labor and delivery. I am there to act as your advocate, to help fulfill specific desires you may have for your birth. My goal is to help you experience a positive, beautiful and safe birth no matter how you choose to do so.

• Optional free Consultation to see if we will work well together
• 1-2 two hour prenatals in your home to go over your birth preferences, preparation of labor and delivery, coping techniques and more.
• Unlimited contact via text, email or phone for anything related to pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum and breastfeeding and infant care
• Doula’s presence and support during your labor, birth and 1-2 hours immediate postpartum at the place of birth to help with breastfeeding and getting you settled with baby.
