Birth Doula Services

As your Doula I provide emotional, physical and educational support during your pregnancy and labor. During pregnancy we can meet for an optional get-to-know-you consultation, then 1-2 two hour prenatals to cover birth plans, coping techniques and more. During labor I will join you to assist with physical & emotional support and to help assist you with advocating your birth wishes. After baby is born I will stay 1-2 hours after to help get you settled. Later I will check on you at our postpartum visit.
